First Cosmonaut of the World (noted in several languages)

1961 (on the back)

I have this coin/medallion and Google isn't helping me. Looks like several other (more popular) versions exist but nothing like what I have. Any help about this would be helpful. Thanks so much!!

I looked and besides your post on reddit the only other one I could find was this one on Worthpoint. Says it's silver and came with a box.
