I have a 1900 Barber Dime Coin which I bought a few years ago from someone. I'd like to know if there's a possibility that this coin could be a proof.
(Someone tried to make this coin into a pendant or a earring that's probably why theirs a hole on it, so the mintmark isn't visible anymore)
Defenitely a regular strike.
A Proof would likely have a mirror like surface and very sharp edges.
