I was told by two people that are in this field different things. One thinks real and one fake. They are basing it on pics only. If it’s real I see it could be quite valuable. Maybe four figures. I thought I would open it to comments here.

The person who thought fake says the medal is wrong (tho appears silver) and that it has a slight seam around the edge, which evidently may be the mark of a reproduction.

I agree with whoever said fake, that seam is the giveaway.
Have a nice day.

And you don't want nicer? You have a choice of silver or just tin. I recently gave a contribution for a number of copies that are not counterfeits that are modern copies.
And here really the edge is exemplary -what it shouldn't look like.
tin for 80,- Kč -replica

silver for 1.170,- CZK - replica

Ahoj Ivan

I had to come back something didn't fit me: It's weird for me not to see nice lips , this is strange for counterfeits and replicas. Orginals usually have yieldable lips during this wear, it is not European. I didn't see it with these coins, it's a strange phenomenon.
Strange, there is someone who explains it?
