Does someone have some info on the mintage of this coin?
or at least info to determine if it was really a circulation coin

There is not much information available for this coin but according to NGC, only 100 were made in silver and if true I find it impossible to believe it was a circulated coin. In addition, according to Wiki, A total of 2,100 were produced including the silver, gold, and bronze with varieties on top of that but does not specify how many were made of each type, composition or variety. It clearly states that they were all Commemorative and all rare and valuable suggesting they were not issued for circulation. More homework needs to be done.
