There were number of rulers in India before 1947. I want to know how coins were exchanged at that time. I could find only one reference showing 6 British-India rupees were equal to 7 Nizam (Hyderabad) rupees. I want to know about other states and also about Portuguese-India and other contemporary rulers. Thanks a lot.
