Would be nice indeed

Currently what I do is deleting the sale then recreating it from scratch…

Yes, this is the only way right now and it takes WAY too much time. I don't want to add all these all over again, just because the bot didn't add them correctly: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/past_sales.php?id=7004

Hello,

It's now possible to edit sales records :)

Omg I thought that day would never come. FINALLY.

In which cases do sales have the “Undetermined” version?

I would say only use this option in cases where you are not given enough information on the variant. For example, let’s say that an auction site has a note listed but not identified that has two variants: one with UV ink and one without. There would be no way of knowing this key identification feature without the site telling you directly or you owning the note that was sold.

Most automated additions of Katz auctions are undetermined. Either the bot can't find the info or Katz doesn't provide it.

Yes, that's what I meant. I wanted to know what criteria the robot uses. We may be able to slightly adapt the coin information in Numista. Or that the developers change something in the robot, perhaps Katz has changed its format since this feature was created.

For example, N#482  Check the link to Katz in the first sale, you get the title “France 1 Centime 1862 K”. There is only one year line with 1862 K. Why the robot cannot find it?

Just an observation. I recently went through the auctions on this coin page N#1493 . There were 45 Katz past auctions either with undetermined year line or auctions of post mint damaged coins (colored). In all cases with a quick look at the pictures or the auction details the correct year line was apparent and PMD coins identified.  These were probably added by the Numista Robot without the referee in the loop to approve.

The next one I'm going to correct.
