Banknote Belgium 1923

Hello. Anyone an idea what note this is?
It is dated 25 may 1923. Banque de Bruxelles. The picture looks like our king (at that time).
Is it some kind of notgeld?
I took the picture myself although it is not mine note, is from a friend who doesn't have a computer nor internet.

They do not resemble any Belgian banknotes of the time afaik. They may be store coupons or tokens of some kind.
Are they printed on one side only, or on both sides?
