Small Silver coin in Germany [gelöst]

Hi everybody, i have find this small silver coin in Germany and i search to identify.
From the one site is to see something like animal which can Fly and of top writes Aris I V i think.
From the othe site it seems like a Face from a Human...

What are the measurements - diameter and weight?

Hi, unfortunatly in 3 days it comes the weigh measure..
The diameter is 15-16 cm and 0,2 thickness..

The dots in the hair seem to match the obverse, as do the lettering and sphinx on the reverse.
