Bermuda 10 Cents 1971 - is that mint error? [gelöst]

Hello everyone
Some time ago, I bought an old coin collection. One of the coins 10 Cents - Elizabeth II 2nd portrait is damaged in a weird way.
Is this a mint error or did someone just damage it? For me, it looks like part of the coin, I just need the opinion of someone more experienced.
