​Sorry to be a bit negative, but in the same sentence you request circulation coins, but in UNC, which I have to state does not exist. If an UNC coin is removed from its protective packaging/box, it becomes circulated.
If you did exchanges, perhaps collectors might offer you exactly what you want, but for items from you in the same condition.

​The idea that probably was intended is Standard ciculation coins which are UNC but were ment to be in use.

I still strongly believe that a coin cannot be both UNC and circulating at the same time

Coin type: Standard circulation coin
Coin Grade: UNC

Happens all the time. A circulation coin is not necessary the same as a circulated coin. But you're correct in that once a UNC grade coin circulates it is no longer UNC grade.

Yes, it cannot have circulated and be UNC but it could have geen intended for circulation but has never circulated, unlike special soins for collectors that are not meant to circulate.

I agree I think he is meaning that he’s looking for coins that are intended for circulation that have not yet been circulated.
