Scammer - Luiska

Hi all,

I have just been scammed.




My mistake - I have sent the coin before the swap was confirmed
Luck - we are talking about only one coin

I had some health issues, thus the swap progressed slowly. After we have confirmed the addresses to each other I have sent the coin. And soon the swap was cancelled. I am unable to leave a feedback, as the swap was not completed.

User is Luiska. Just be aware.

Do you really think it's a good idea to publish this user's name and address for the whole world to see? Yet, you've blocked out your own. No matter what you think this user had done wrong you still need to respect the ToU.

the reason for this was to avoid anyone else to be scammed.

Scammers can create as much profiles as they want and the only way to understand it is the same person is to know the addressee and the address.

However I have blocked out now his surname and the details of the address. I have left the first name and the Post Code, may this be helpful fo the other users.

Not sure why i should share my address here, as it is totally irrelevant for this case.

I wouldn't call this person a "scammer". He has completed 100+ swaps already. I am sure you had disagreements with him, and never received coins, though it was not because he is a scammer, but because of other reasons that you described.

I would call a scammer a person with no reviews or a few fake reviews, and the only point of creating such an account is to scam people.

But you can call this person dishonest, untrustworthy, unfair, etc. But not a scammer.

Because if I, personally, see this review, I would still considered swapping with him, though carefully. But if it was a real scammer, there is no point even talking.

Posting the adress is not a good idea.
In EU there are laws for General Data Protection Regulation (in germany: DSGVO). Posting of the address is a break of this rule.
The fine may be a lot of money.

the timeline is below:
10/11/2021 - he asked me to swap and chose a coin
11/11/2021 - I chose a coin
13/11/2021 - he put a tick mark on the coin I want
then i was sick and was not active
28/11/2021 - I have received his address
02/12/2021 - I have confirmed the swap and sent the coin
16/12/2021 - he cancelled the swap and stopped to answer to my messages

If you will look through his reviews, you will see there some negative ones as well.

In the attached screenshots I have literally all the communication we had, i am not sure what other reasons a person could have.

thanks to developers of this site- an option "block the user" is possible to activate.
I personally use this option and am free from regular unadequate offers.

He is not a scammer but he is very annoying. He has tried to swap with me 8 times now and I have turned them all down.
He keeps choosing a rare Andorra 2 euro CC I have got and wants me to accept a common 2 euro CC for it.

I keep telling him that he has nothing I need but he just won't stop. I ended up blocking him.

His Feedback is not exactly 100%.
