I can find a number of sites offering 'world of coins' downloads in pdf format for a cost. Wishing to protect myself and the author, is there a valid - with payment of course - download site or is the only valid approach in hard copy.
TIA

Hi
Ok i can see that i could sign up for access to a database for $10.99 a month but I am not 100% sure what that would be. Is it data of the Standard Catalogues or a look alike.? and if so any good ?

I have now also seen that the Krause publications have been broken up with parts going to Penquin etc etc so maybe there is no easire answer

Let me phrase another way . how do others access the "krause catalogs" ?

Regards etc
Numismaster is the online Krause catalogs. I prefer hard copies.

I don't know what this is but $132 a year to access a database is way too much. For that money you can easily buy the last and possibly the last ever editions 2020, both 2001 to date and 1901 - 2000, and have some money left. They are still available for the moment.

Like Oklahoman I also like the hard copies. Since around 1980 I bought about 25 to 30 of them. But of course the digital ones are perfect to make print screens and put these on the forum. It's difficult to make a scan from such a big and clumsy book as Krause. Some years ago, when you bought a hard copy of the book there was a digital copy inside. That was perfect but it didn't last long.
