i just like to get your opinion.
There are 4 notches. One on the observe (valueside) and three on the avers.
I am not sure if these notches are masstrikes from coin produktion or just damages of the coins.
What do you think?

in my opinion it's a second hand, quite used coin. Post Mint Damage (= PMD).
