Thank you for your help and advice. Is there anything else that should confirm it's authenticity?
Looks authentic but cleaned
Thank you all for your help, my grandpa had found this and he gave it to me, i wanted to see if it's authentic, thank you all!
I looked in to the beaded edge, that is an area that seems to be difficult to counterfeit.
I was surprised how many variants exist on authentic coins.
Yours is a good match of several known graded coins.

Thank you so much for looking into that!
I appreciate all your help! What I am trying to find is where this coin might have been minted, just for curiosity. I have heard that the tower of London might have been the mint.

As far as I'm aware the Royal Mint was moved from the Tower of London in the early 1800's to the Royal Court Mint in London's East End where it remained until the 1960's before being relocated to Wales ... so I would say it was minted at the Royal Court Mint.
Thank you so much for this information I will take note of this!
From what I have read, the Royal Mint moved in 1810 from the Tower of London to a site on Tower Hill, which is now known as Royal Mint Court. We may need to get the Numista mint data updated but either way, the mint has always been known as the Royal Mint.
