Mauritius 10 rupees 2016 & 2019 [gelöst]

For this I use as guide the page https://en.ucoin.net/table/?country=mauritius&period=183

KM# 61 non-magnetic https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces1830.html has years 1997 and 2000 (according to ucoin.net), but also has years 2016 and 2019 (with frequency 1.00 % and 0.12 %).
KM# 61a magnetic https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces98640.html has years 2016 and 2019 (according to ucoin.net).

Perhaps some collectors added 2016/2019 to KM# 61 by mistake?

​That would be my guess. The 2016 and 2019 are magnetic. Must have been added to KM# 61 then somebody created a new page for them since they weren't copper-nickel and decided they should be KM# 61a even though KM# 61a doesn't actually exist in Krause.

Edit: Noticed that Ucoin gave them a "Krause" number of "UC# 1" and not KM# 61a which is a little better than Numista making up a new Krause number.

Well, actually the coin that was discussed in that topic was a 10 Rupees... but from Seychelles, not from Mauritius 😉, but the case is similar to the one being discussed here and I'm sure it's the one you're talking about, do not remove the year line that should NOT be there, there are users who use it by mistake. 

 

This is not the first time this has happened at Numista. The best thing would be to switch users to the correct page and remove the incorrect year line.
