Banknote identification

Venezuela 1000 bolivar 2017.

The Numista Catalog lists; 1. P#95b
and; 2. P#95bR 23-03-2017

How to distinguish the difference between these two?

Not sure what they intended when that line was created, but I would guess 95bR is for the replacement notes that exist, with serial #'s starting with Z.
