I agree with all three. For the Venezuelan, it would be good to add comments to both pages that the main difference is the border at the bottom of the obverse, with either two or three 50s.

2nd one - #423 and #431 seem the same while #431A seem to have a different color pattern (reverse not green/red). Besides that, any differences?
3rd one - couple differences at first sight for designs on the 2 pictured on Numista.

For the 2nd one, you're right, the reverse of P#431A is missing the green.
For the 3rd, the pictured ones are different. The issue is that the date 1995 doesn't exist for P#72. That date is P#65e.
