Swap Problem

Hello,

I am looking for someone who can provide the Russian 10 roubles and comm. USSR coins. But the problem is I cannot send by registered mail, which makes swapping with someone in Russia impossible. I am sure many people have also experienced this problem. I would buy them but they are more expensive than swapping. If anybody lives in a country that I can send unregistered to, that would be great. If anybody has any ideas it would be appreciated.
