Ok so I was looking through some old coins and found this "Sudan Medal 1896-1897", not much information on it as all I could find was what was found on the Numista page. Token - Cleveland Petrol Sudan Medal 1896-1897. I am just wondering if anyone has seen something like this before and if there is any more information on it. Thank you for any help!

Hello, yes, I have seen such tokens,.
these are aluminum tokens, issued in memory of variety of UK victories and campaigns, mostly in Africa. I have somewhere token " South africa" . They are quite cheap. about 2-5$ each.
