Unidentified coin [gelöst]

Forgive me in advance for the poor quality of the picture but it's the only available ( got it from a friend ).

If anyone could identify this coin it would be really appreciated.

You most likely won't get an answer unless somebody already knows what it is.

If your friend wants to know what it is he has to take better pictures of both sides and provide weight and diameter.
