Identification of this Somali Coin

I had acquired this 150 Shilling Silver Coin Of Somali Republic recently, but on looking up, couldn't find this in Krause and Numista. I would like to know more details of this coin.

There are a great many of these Somalia pieces, they fall under Exonumia,  not coins.

Just curious, what makes these "Exonumia" pieces and not a coin?

Yeh, this one has a value of 150 shillings, which I imagine are also fully backed by the Somali “government”.

If this is exonumia, then a whole lot of other similar coins and bullion would have to go to exonumia as well. I'd say this is a coin.

I'd be curious what makes them fantasy vs non-circulating as well.

Does the mint add something like “NOT LEGAL TENDER” to coins they mint that show a denomination?

It's complicated. Essentially Somalia was not a state with a functioning central bank and national institutions between 1990 and 2004 with a transitional govenment and again with another transitional government in 2009. Just a chaotic land with warlords fighting for control of pieces of the “country”.
