Once again, I need help to identify the years on those 3 Japanese coins.

I can't make head or tails for the 1 Mon. 😥

Thanks in advance.

1 Mon

5 Sen

5 Yen

And this will help with the last 2 ones: https://en.numista.com/numisdoc/calendar-japanese-34.html

Coin enthusiast, always learning

If you don't know if you have to read from left or right on modern Japanese coins just look for the character for year  that's at the end of the date. The calendar tool doesn't work anymore but HERE you can see a bit more information about how to read the numerals.

The 5 sen is from the Showa era and the 5 yen from Heisei.

The mon is a new type 1 mon (there are hundreds of sub and sub-sub types for these kind of coins … maybe gros will give you a Hartill number if he has time)

Hello

it's this one   1736

N#121454

It could be Hartill4.148 or 4.149 (depending on the diameter)  from Jumantsubo without the ju stamped on the rim

Very common

4.149 is about 23mm and the 4.148 about 24/25mm
