1924 Ruble Alignment Error

Hello, all. Some time ago I bought a soviet ruble from 1924. Now, when placing it into a case, I noticed that the coin has a noticeable alignment difference between the sides. Do you know if this is to be expected from coins of that era? As far as I can tell, the coin seems to be fine otherwise.

Congratulations on your wonderful purchase. Such a shift of coins is called a turn, and in those years such marriages were more common than now. Few such fine coins have survived to this day, a real rarity.

Saw this thread and thought I'd better check, but mine looks more or less level…
