Canada 1992 Quarter

Does someone happen to know if this N#6734 quarter was put into circulation? It says circulating but I have never seen someone find it and people don't have places for it in albums. Thanks

At one time I had a non-silver Canadian Quarter collection which was 90% filled with my pocket change.  This was one of them.

I have that in my collection of Canadian coins It is part of the confederati set that was issued in 1992

In the Numista catalog there are 19 1992 Canada Circulating commemorative coins.  Of those, 18 have price values for grades other than UNC.  This is the only one that does not have price values for any grade other than UNC.

Coinsandcanada.com shows no values for circulated or uncirculated coins and values only for grades 64 and above in PL and SP.

The 1867-1992 Caribou reverse 25¢ is a non-circulating coin. In the Charlton catalogue, it is listed as such.

It may well be that some ended up in circulation. When this happens, they become circulating because, unlike the NCLT Micky Mouse coins, if you paid someone with it, they could not turn it down. It is legal tender.

Still, in the Numista catalogue it is a mistake to list it as circulating. 

A few years back I got in my change at the grocery store a 2000 loonie with the W mintmark. This was taken from some set or whatever because none of the W coins were meant for circulation.
