Hello,

I plan to be in the Denver, Colorado area in early October and realized that by coincidence they have the Denver Coin Expo on the weekend I will be there. So chances are high I might give that a chance and drop by.

That brings me to two questions:

- what are these US coin shows like? Is there any chance to find some nice stuff besides US coins?
- maybe there is an opportunity to have a face-to-face swap, which should save a lot of postage on both sides.

So, if there is anyone out there who is interested in a swap, just let me know…

best regards

in the end everything will be good - if it's not good, then it's not the end...

Generally speaking you will find the majority will feature and focus on U.S coins. There will be and are some that will offer “world coins”. It is anybody's guess what exactly they have and will offer.

Here is the general web site with the dealers who plan to be there and what their specialties are. Good luck and have fun if you decide to go to the show.

Edit: What are they like? Massive and busy. Lots to see and do and a whole lot going on not related to coins. Jewelry, Banknotes, Grading, Bullion, “collectables”,  (whatever that means) tokens, ancients,  etc. etc.
