Hi buddies,

Nowadays I have my 2 euro conmemorative collection up-to-date (ínter alía, thanks to other partners whose participe in this site, for sure)… so from now I would like to swap on facial value or 1 to 1 coin. Talking specifically on this coin and its colecction, we know some coins may have a value higher than others such as Luxembourg, Malta etc… but when we are talking on coins from Germany, France, Spain, Slovakia and so on… I think that don't care if one of the reference value is 2.50 and the other one is 2.90…I don't know, it's just my view, previously I tried to do this kind of swaps and never was possible. So, everyone is welcome to make this kind of. My view is if we can swap among us on facial value, generally, we help and motivate to increase our collection faster and cheaper. Any other opinions or experiences? Greetings

PS:looking for 2022 2 euro conmemoratives :)

Hello!

Take a look at my coins, maybe you will find something for yourself.

Regards Marcin

I am doing nominal value swaps (1:1):

- 2eur issued in 1 000 000ex. and more

- 2eur with same issued amounts

For other options I am allways open for discussion.

Anyway it seems not fair for me to swap coin issued in 6 000 000 ex.(Germany) for the coin from Portugal issued in amount of 400 000.

And UNC v.s. UNC, of course.

Every single coin on the world should meet its collector!

I'm in as well. Face to face for UNC coins.

I disagree with that. As long as both swap partners can get the coin for face value at their local bank the mintage shouldn't matter.

Exactly 👍 how difficult is to obtain the piece or “how much is it” ? If is as easy as go to bank office and get it on facial value, we can do 1:1 and help to another partner or collector… Personally I am understanding with cases as Lux, Belgium, some coincards as from France etc… I would like to explain better but… I just see all of this as a way to share or facilitate to other collectors the coins that they wish (in a level playing field, for sure)

I keep thinking that this collection is simple, with some beautiful issues, I love it but come on.. It is our current currency, not difficult to achieve and arent make with fine material.

Ps:for example, I'm very annoying with Bank of Malta about last and current year, their coins costs more than any 1Oz silver coin due to low mintage… bad business (to us)!

Have a nice day, guys!
