I think its of Constantin the II? But im far from sure,

Weights 4.18g

Its around 20.28mm-21.28mm in diameter.

Copper/bronze

I might be wrong but it kind of looks like some sort of IOVI CONSERVATORI of Constantine I, hope it helps.

The coin desing is very close to above, i am gonna get an better picture of it all later today, tough considering the manufacturing way and age its likely to be a follis and that the weight shown on numista is from an more worn out example? (This is me guessing tough since i do not have much in the form of experience when it comes to roman coinage)

Yeah the design match pretty well theres A clear R F tough the officina is hard to read i think its RQ or the 4th officina

 

The design for both the obverse and reverse are very close to N#45268

 

Im not certain tough
