I suggest to merge Russia 1 Ruble 1898 (P# 1 and P# 15) into a single consolidated Numista type.

The only difference between the two is the serial number: full serial number vs shortened serial number.

This is only a minor difference which can be ignored, the design of the banknote is unchanged.

So it would be more logical to have both types merged into a single consolidated Numista type entry.

Please support my suggestion if you are of the same opinion!

Hello! 

I wanted to ask users who understand Russian/Soviet broadcasts the most if the 1918 broadcasts should be in the period of the Russian Empire, or if we should include a new period (which was about five/six years until the institution of the Soviet Union).

I believe this could be a discussion that would precede the joining or separation of emissions from this period. What do you say about this subject?
