Conditional rating

Hello fellow Numistas, 

I'd like to hear your thoughts on something I encountered more than once that doesn't look too nice. 

While tracking shows my swap partner received my coins (his presumably being still in the mail), he's not rating our swap. Awaiting to see my rating first? Why? 

- sometimes they forget for a week or so

- sometimes they take a while to write because they are busy

- sometimes they wait until you leave the feedback

- sometimes they never leave feedback even though everything is ok with both sides

All of these have happened in my experience.

may be the system should try to avoid some of these cases.

I have a few cases where the other swapper never add a feed back also if in the messages He said that every thing was ok

I know that I am slow in everything I do. Sometimes I don't even open the mail for two weeks, so actually looking at the coins can take a month.   

Honestly, I leave my evaluations, when I've processed the received coins, but that can take weeks, when I have 8 swaps to process, but I never forget them. On the other hand, I hardly ever check the partner's feed-back…..
