There were funny things going on at the RCM mint in the early 2000's. There should have been only two varieties. The P version is plated steel and is magnetic. The year before no P was zinc plated with copper and non-magnetic. But in 2006 they introduced the RCM logo. They made many mistakes and six varities got out. Two with no mint mark or composition mark but one is magnetic and the other is not. Two with the P composition mark with one magnetic and the other not. A third two set was made with the RCM logo again one magnetic and the other not.
If it is magnetic it should have the P composition mark on it.
The 2006 no mark magnetic has a premium value on it. So does the P mark and non-magnetic.
