Welcome to Numista. If you scroll down on the very link you provided, you will see that no member even claims to have the coin of interest to you let alone has one to swap. At the same time, you show absolutely nothing in your collection nor nothing in a swap list to swap in return. A net nothing - nothing.

Positive – I am looking for a coin that has not been claimed at Numista yet.  My hope is that somebody has the coin on-hand, they will see my post, and they will list the coin.

Swap List – This is more like an “anything you want” list for now – that's why nothing has listed. “If you have the coin I am looking for, just let me know what coin(s) you want for the swap.  I will go and get your coins in your wish list, and we can do the swap accordingly.” This is my plan for the swap. A bad plan is better than a no plan.  :)

You should try the Perth Mint house (Australia). I'm pretty sure that they willingly will help you to get that “coin”.
