Kyrgyzstan P-3b anomaly

I have this copy of Kyrgyzstan P-3b with a gap between the fraction and the serial number. I have never seen this before on other prefixes of this denomination or any of the other denominations in the series of 3. Banknote museum has a photo of a 03/KT with the same gap. See photo below for comparison. Anyone have an explanation on how this might have happened?? Was there a gap intended for original runs and then the gap was closed by the time they did 06/KT??  Does anyone have a 03/KT that shows no gap?? Does 01/KT and 02/KT have the same gap I wonder? Other photos showing this prefix would be greatly appreciated. If you have seen this gap on other prefixes or the other denominations, please share.

01/KT doesn't have a gap.

All of my 03/KT banknotes have a gap.

I checked all banknotes I have, found out that 10 Tyiyn 99/KT also has a gap. Weird

I guess these two prefixes are constant varieties, but still I wonder how they came to be. If the fraction was printed separate from the rest of the numbers, there would be more variation. If both parts were in the same unit, you would think a gap was unlikely or impossible.

Weird, indeed!
