In my opinion the collector is always happier than the dealer because has no regrets but the deal between them is what makes both happy every time.

I have never seen these before. I am unable to read some of the characters due to poor eyes sight. However, I can tell something about these two notes; -

 

Dated: 15/08/1913

Place; Shandong 山東

Values 5 cents and ten cents

The three character at the bottom - 票元銀 Silver bill (money)

 

It is hard for me to figure out the issuing authority.

 

I am sure some readers can tell us what these are.
