How can I find value of this?

To answer your question: this medal is extremely rare, as I can only find 2 examples of it online, yours and that of the Numista listing photo featured here: N#267269

However, in this case, rarity doesn't equate to value. 

It is an extremely niche piece of exonumia; very few collectors would pay to add this to their collection. 

If you need a number - I'd say between $1-$5 on eBay.

Peoples Republic of Canada medal lol

Yeah, this piece looks extremely inappealing to collectors and is worth only its silver content. I would rather buy Silver Maple 2023 and grade it maybe. 

I still have one in my exonumia collection. I have it labelled as the Great Wall Friendship token. The image on the obverse is of the Great Wall. I had two of them at one time not sure where the other one went. Maybe more common in Alberta as they were made by the Sherrit mint. I just added it so the NRI will change next update.
