Probably closest to melt value as your coin is in rather poor condition.

Harryg is correct. The coin has no eye appeal. Thus, it's value is about "melt".

I would suggest a value of US$8.00.

It appears to be in choice VF condition based on my previous research. I think it could be worth a few dollars over spot price if it were sold correctly.
