Hi. Not all KM subtypes are supposed to be in different Numista subtypes.

Here the guidelines to help you know when a new entry is needed: https://en.numista.com/help/coin-types-145.html

Just think about the German coins with their different mints, they are all the same KM# and in numista as well.

Then think about the French coins with their different mints, they all have a different KM#. Numista is cheating by grouping them under a non-existent KM# (an umbrella number) and then giving the proper KM# in the year lines, where the mint appears.

Unfortunately the English site have “inherited” the F# from French catalog, although that catalog is only used in France, so why the English site can not have the KM#, I don't understand?

Guidelines are interpreted and applied differently (from time to time)

French comments appear when there is no english comment. Just add english comment to the yearline,.simple as that :-)

So sometimes you just have to give “nonsense” character to unspace a line, if I see it correctly? Like “<”?

Please put comments only when there is something to say

So you end up with something like this:

Non-French members will ask themselves, what is that strange F# different for each line doing and what does it mean.

Those are comments on english side. Comments on french side used on english interface are preceded by (fr)
