2015 €2 French Commemorative 180° Rotation Error

Hello, have this €2 French commemorative coin, with a 180° rotation error. Everything about the coin seems real, weight, dimenaions, edge etc…

Does anyone know if this coin is rare? And if so, how rare? And are they expensive?
