2st Old Spanish coin 1500-1700??? Need help to identify

Hi everyone, can someone please help me with identifying this coin.

Weight is about 1.9 grams and diameter is about 18 mm.

The coin has been clipped. The date must be in the reverse legend. You cannot know if it is of Felipe II or III if don't read the date, because the design is the same.
