How do I tell what the grade is of a coin in one of the old paper numist grading slips?

Now guys this is a 1956 P mint Silver Lincoln Wheat, after we determine the grade can we please link this to the valuation page, as I am trying to sell this for a friend so we can get the money together for the rest of the numist tools to offload his wheat collection which is massive and my memorial collection. All insight would be nice and we will be posting more pictures shortly of a lot of pennies and are trying to get 1k selling two very high end pennies in order to get the 1958 p off to auction with her sisters. Life has caused money to drain faster then I can get it back in the bank, so to bring the 1958 p up for auction to the world this is also it's update.
Going to hold off on posting the other pics until tomorrow or the next day, depends on how I feel after my runs. See you guys then.

Remove it from the flip then grade it using a guide such as this: https://www.pcgs.com/photograde/#/lincoln/grades
Once it has been silver plated, the grade is irrelevant. It's just considered to be damaged.

Silver plated? I missed that part.
Alright gotcha, after further research I see the full scope of the silver plated pennies, and yes that's correct the mint didn't make them. At least I couldn't find anything about the mint producing them. Thank you all for the help.
