Add 2016 AB (no PM) to Isle of Man KM# 1253 [gelöst]

Missing mintage line and “The list of years is complete and has been verified.”

Unlocked but there is a problem - why we have two lines AA in 2016 and more than >100 users on each of them… 

What is more, I found in the history that 2016 AB line was already added:

I guess that error was done with the upgrade to new mintmarks (stylized letters) instead of year line comment… and old 2016_AB was changed to second line 2016_AA. I'm not able to look at the individual year line modification history but maybe @Xavier will help here? Can we check if one of these two 2016_AA lines was some time ago 2016_AB (and if so, if we can change it back)?

I confirm there was an erroneous change in the past, replacing the comment “AB die letters” by the picture of thee die letters “AA” instead of “AB”. I fixed that.
