Is any of the US copper nickel quarter rare, valuable or unique in some way?

Thanks

Not really, there are some good unique ones like the 1776 - 1976 coin, and the state and national park coins could sell a little more to the right collector, but other than that any that are valuable is usually because of minting errors.

There may be a few years or mint marks that make them valuable but I couldn't find any

2019  “W” and 2020 “W” mintmarked quarters hold a little value.

For non-error coins, only 2019-2020 W, as already mentioned above. These typically go for $15-25 on E-Bay.

Proofs and NIFCs (non-proofs with the S mintmark) maybe worth a buck or two.

For error coins, there are all kinds of errors that you could potentially find, including die cracks/chips/cuds, double-die errors, clipped planchets, lamination errors, off-center errors, rotation errors, coins struck on wrong metal, grease errors. I've posted some pictures of some errors that I've found over the last year in my Coin Roll Finds thread.

Some rare errors like mule coins are worth tens of thousands. For example, https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin/2000-p-sac-1-mule-w-state-25c-obverse/508061
