I’ve had the coin in my collection for a while but never had anyone look at it to help determine what’s going on with its condition. On the reverse there is a large area on the left where it looks like the surface metal is missing in addition to lumps of extra metal material attached (a large lump at the top and a smaller one on the right). What is everyone’s opinion on this? The “missing surface cladding” on the left side looks like a possible error with the coin but I’m not sure where the extra lumps of metal are coming from.
