Did Libya produce mint sets in 1965?

Hello!

This guy on pictures is on sale right now, but I am not sure if it is an official mint set, that I would be interested in, or an unofficial.

Does anyone know whether Libya has produced mint sets in 1965 or not? I couldn't find any information on the internet.

SCWC only lists a mint set for 1975 which included the following 6 coins:

A similar denomination series was produced in 1965 so it seems reasonable a mint set could have been produced.

I'd buy it.
