I have found this 20 kroner gold for sale, which I consider buying. Since I don't have it at hand but only pictures, I hope someone with an eye for gold, can give a qualified opinion, by picture :D

Wow

Color looks off but could be the lighting.

Look at this:

The details are too unsharpe.

But again the quality of pictures could be the cause.

Agree. Forgive me sir, but how can you, a referee, ask for any opinion of blurry little thumbnail pictures, and no other information?

What about this seller? complete unknown?

I say thanks for the input, and I understand Mr.Midnight, but I'm not experinced in gold, at all. So hoped the metalcolour could be a give away.

I have bought from the seller before, but maybe he doesn't know if what he has if fake or not. He sells mostly banknotes.

Closing this then and maybe procede with a lot of caution, if I decide to buy it.

Ask for weight, at least.

Portrait looks right.

Similar portrait on a silver 2 Kroner of 1915 - it seemed to be the one used of the younger Christian X (He was barely 40 at the time!).

I would say you have a real one there - nice coin!

I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.
