Is this coin rare?

It is not a coin - it is a token.  

Sometimes referred to as play money.

I have seen several examples , but not the referenced example in  the World of Tokens Facebook Page.

As to rarity,  it probably is rare.

I did not find it in  Exonumia.

There is a different example over there with the image of Queen Victoria.

Thank you so much for your reply. I found it in my late Father’s coin collection. I have no knowledge of coins and could not find it online.
