I would say so. It appears to have full luster.
Yes ( it has very little hair detail above the ear, but that's typical for New Orleans mint Morgan dollars).

Cool, if thats the case, then my New Orleans Morgans may be Mint State too.
I always find that tuft of hair next to the ear is first to get worn along with the eagle's breast.
As for that coin, likely so - but a bit of noise and marks and scratches means it would be low MS and again even the highest AU. Many Morgans I find are AU for some reason (8 of my 12 coins are AU or slider BU).
Thanks for your responses, probably an MS 63? / 64? i will probably have it graded then. Im asking so that i wont be wasting resources if its just lower than AU.
Can't grade any more than that with the small picture of just one side.
But a guess would be not even MS63 , more like MS 61 at best and even AU 55 at worst.
Thanks, I stand corrected. My dealer - Mowbrays are tough graders. My 12 coins graded to them between VF and AU. Looking at those pictures, the (VF) coin was a solid AU50 (1882S) and most of the AU coins were MS63 or so.
Cheek's a big give away, if its untouched and full round, its UNC. I just thought my New Orleans dollars (1884 and 1885) were way too shiny for EF/AU as the strike is weak. Basically the coins all graded AU55 or 58, apart from the 3 coins mentioned.
