Lincoln memorial cent 1990 - multiple lines error [gelöst]

I found this cent. Please help me understand this kind of error and let me know its value.

I don't believe it's an error but rather a common effect from the electrochemical copper plating process. Here are a couple similar ones:

They're quite easy to find if you look at enough.  So, not an error coin and no premium for having the lines.
