Cud Error

How can I identify a Cud error?  Are there websites that I can ask to look at a picture?  Are there apps that can identify these errors?

The one over the date looks like it could be a cud. The other areas look like damage.  Here's a good site with many pictures of cuds.

Yeah, I would agree with you.  How much do you estimate the cud would be worth?  Also, how much would the damage take away from its value?  I tried to take it to a coin shop in the area and they immediately said that they don't deal with items like that.  I'd hate to put it up on eBay and sell it for 50 cents, only to find out later that it was worth a couple of hundred dollars.  Where can I get it appraised?  

I really don't do values but for this one whatever premium the cud would cause is far erased by the damage.  No serious error coin collector would consider buying this example when there's so many better ones out there (search “quarter cud error” on ebay).
