I have identified this banknote as N#207828 , and from a quick search I think the variant is BIG, BIG? Is that correct?

You have “BIG, BIG”.

The “BIG” letter is bigger than digits of the serial number.

The “small” letter is slightly less than digits of the serial number.

These year line comments are not really helpful. Either an example with a comparison should be put in the comment section or real measurements.

I always thought the BIG BIG referred to serial numbers being BIG or small.  The note imaged shows the upper prefix and serial are BIG.  While the lower is small.  So wouldn't this one be BIG small? And not BIG BIG?  I think Viet Name has some like this as well.
