Reporting someone who did not hold his part of the swap

Hello guys,

I have recently swapped with a seemingly trusted user. He had high ratings and very good score and feedback. However, after receiving my part of the swap, he stopped responding and never even rated me. The swap we had was a huge one. And now he is not answering my messages or sending me my coins.

I have also noticed that some users have started posting negative feedback on his profile with the same claims: swap never sent, or coins never received.

Any idea how to deal with such a scammer? I believe he is a scammer since he was very responsive, until he received my coins. Also how can I report this scammer to the admins so that other do not fall in the same trap.

Thank you

There is a chance that something may have happened to that user. But if you see that he reads the messages and does not respond, then he/she is a scammer.

Who is it?

On the contrary - if fraudulent behavior is suspected, you can publish a link to his profile.  In time, you will prevent further damage and give the named person the opportunity to clean himself up (if the problem is elsewhere)

So immediately,, profile link,,!

Hello,

Thank you for your update. No this user is not dusko9. I have a pending swap with dusko9 and I am still waiting for him to send his part of the swap first before I send mine.

The user I am having issues with finally responded and updated me that his packages are being sent back due to customs issues on his end. He claims that he has spent 700/900 USD in shipping which is completely outrageous considering I did see his pay slips for the shipping and it was less than 900 Rubles (about 90 USD). I have updated him that I will send him an address within Russia so he can pass the package to that address. My friend there will bring me the coins when/if they receive them.

Hello,

After a long time struggling with this user, I think I can safely post that he has officially scammed me out of a good lot of coins. The user is geoservis

I have tried contacting him to get him to send me the coins multiple times and he refused, claiming that he has tried twice to send me the coins and it failed. The reason being incorrect customs declaration, which is basically something on his end. I have even suggested that someone from my end would contact him to get the coins shipped within Russia, and he said that they would have to go and meet him in person!!!

I strongly recommend against dealing with this user as feedback shows that he has done this a number of times before. I am reporting this user again as his high rating score can lure others to fall into this trap again.

Thank you
